Helmed by seasoned Executive Chef Brian Miller, Hops Test Kitchen & Raw Bar (HTK) indulges the senses with a rotating menu of from-scratch fare, expansive whisky and scotch collection, and craft cocktails. Inspired from his time working with several James Beard Award nominees and winners, Chef Miller blends French techniques with Italian flavors, creating a cuisine all its own. Through the combination of local ingredients and international cuisine, Chef Miller presents his stunning interpretation on homemade pastas, delicious small and large plates, and fresh local seafood. HTK truly brings epicurean innovation to the table.
Every month, we host a ‘pop-up’ private tasting event revolving a particular theme or ingredient. Our Executive Chef’s passion revolves around challenging his culinary skills in order to create a unique dining experiences for his guests.
